The UK's first custom designed running boar range - The original and the best!

Driven boar shooting is the fastest growing area of sporting rifle shooting, with hundreds of hunters making the short hop to the continent in search of this exciting quarry species. The downside is very few of these hunters have anywhere realistic to practice, with some resorting to rolling tyres down hills, using remote controlled toys, or even paying hundreds of pounds to travel to the continent to use one of the cinema type ranges!

Corinium, as always, was the first to grasp the nettle to design and install the first Running Boar range specifically aimed at driven boar shooters, cleared for calibres up to 7000J (5160 Ft Lbs), which covers every popular boar calibre.

The trap we have installed is British, made by Promatic and is already well tried and tested on the continent. The range has a 40 meter track giving a 28 meter shooting window, with a variable speed target of up to 30 Kmh, firing points from 30 to 100 meters, allowing regular broadside shots as well as quartering shots. This isn't just a moving target system, it has been designed and built with driven boar shooters requirements foremost. We have done the research and the training to make sure we provide the best and most realistic experience possible. The pictures and the testimonials we receive tells us so!

The range is available on an hourly basis, or for longer periods for small groups. Full tuition is included from experienced, trained coaches. Dedicated rifle and optics setups are also available for use, including rifles by Blaser, Mauser and Merkel along with optics from Swarovski and Aimpoint.

For regular driven boar shooters we have also formed The Full Boar Club, with a variety of membership options.

For the best possible driven boar training, give us a call.

"Dear Paul ,

A brief note to thank you for being so very helpful on Friday when the 6 of us turned up for instruction on driven boar.

The idea which occurred to us all was that you had saved us at least a day being wasted on ‘trial and error’, as we are only shooting for 2 days anyway it was even more valuable!

If we can find a half day which suits the majority of us (and you have the space) I know that we would very much like another practice session.

Many thanks again for your help and hope to catch up soon.

Yours,

Jeremy."
